Assessment Tools

Assessment tools measure where you are at the current moment in order to calculate where you need or desire to goal.  It's like looking at a map.  You know you are somewhere on it, you know approximately where you are at but you aren't exactly sure in relation to a global viewpoint.  Assessments are tools to find where you are right now.  A human measurement of your gifts, kind of.  Even if you know or don't know where you prefer to be, this gives us a starting point.  From here we know when progress is being made and which road is the right road to get you there.  We help you form clarity, understand what's getting in the way of the progress you want to make and help you design the path. 

The tools in this section are light tools, they aren't the full assessments that we perform.  Those are very detailed, because you are too, and they go in to many paths and need human support to direct.
