As a marketing expert, radio talk show producer and host, and television producer, I need to develop relationships with people nationwide in order to contact them when I have news to spread, need up-to-date information for a show or research project. Sometimes just to follow-up a news story that I would like to discuss for any of my media outlets.
And of course to find guests for my radio show. Now, I received about
100 people wanting to be on my radio show a week. Those are great but my
listeners want the latest and greatest guests and that means knowing who is
appearing where.
When I couldn't find an accurate newspaper directory list anywhere on the Internet, I had to begin from scratch and piecemeal it together. Phew, that was a lot of work and still is. In order to locate this information I had to tediously cut and paste or retype the information into my database tracking system. I stopped counting the time it took to do this when it went over 120 hours. This list will save you way over 120 hours and I type 120 words per minute.

- Magazines - 1,513 magazine listings are included.
- Radio - 2,174 nationwide radio listings
- Spanish TV - 18 Spanish television stations are listed.
- Television - 832 national listing of television stations are provided.
- Weekly Newspapers - 1,011 nationwide weekly newspapers are listed.
You will not have to spend hours finding the contact information on the Internet. It's all at your finger tips in this multiple Excel spreadsheet.

Now, I'm going to say upfront that this list is all conclusive. It's not. There are new television shows and radio shows beginning and ending all the time. I do my best to stay up with them because of their importance to my business, my career, and my own marketing.
