I work with people who know what they want and are ready to get it. My ideal clients are people who are idealistic, energetic, creative, and spiritual. I coach people who want to be leaders, not find one. I challenge you to become who you see yourself being and inspire you to take the steps you need to take to lead the life you are longing to lead.

My essence allows people to reconnect to their higher selves, to break through their obstacles and to achieve a more complete understanding of their own life force.

I walk my talk on coaching. I currently use two coaches, one for personal development and the other for professional/business development. My belief is if you don’t have a coach, and you are a coach, you don’t understand coaching. I have been using coaches since 1992 and know that my success is attributed to that fact. I have worked one-on-one with Thomas Leonard and Cheryl Richardson when they first begin coaching and personally with Tony Robbins spanning 15 years.

Journaling

Catherine has been journaling since she was 14 years old.  She has written 16 articles on the topic in various magazines, lead journaling workshops throughout the United States, has been on two radio programs, and has two booklets on journaling that includes over 110 techniques, tips and various topic writing.  These booklets are available in the Abundance Center's store.  To see excerpts from these booklets, click here

Beliefs About Money

Catherine started her research into money, how people attracted it or didn't, and their feels over 20 years ago.   She observed her accounting and tax clients for over 10 years and how they dealt with money issues. She noticed how some clients that we’re successful, we’re happy, non-workaholics, and happy. What did they have that other clients didn’t have. How could some families that earned $30,000 a year save money and have a retirement plan, when others who made twice as much feel that they could not have a retirement plan.

Catherine will share her research notes and show you what she discovered and encourage you in adapting it into your life. Most importantly, how you can guide your clients. This will increase your referrals and in turn will increase your bottom line. She will share with you the principle characteristics that set each different group apart. She has applied these principles over and over again with her clients. She has worked with her clients and show them how to use them.

Personality:  To describe Catherine’s personality is to say she’s analytical, artistic, a leader, great decision maker, very independent, visionary, risk taker, deep and thoughtful, and very strong willed. Her greatest gift is her intra-personal skills, unusual teaching methods, and her high success rate with clients.

Summary background:  Catherine has an educational background and degrees in psychology, accounting, management, marketing and computer information systems. She is a CPA, professional trainer in the 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, Mind Mapping and many other processing skills.

Experience overview:  She is a business and personal coach to hundreds of business owners and individuals.  She has brought the workshop to small businesses in the Washington DC area over the last few years with great success to opening the energy of money within companies that amazingly increase their bottom line over night.  She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom to each workshop.
